'During my 4 years in the Medical Academy at Auburndale Senior High School, I have learned many skills that will pertain to me throughout my whole life. I have learned responsibility, respect, and self-discipline. I can honestly say that I have built life-long friendships and partnerships that will help with my future career. Along with becoming a certified EKG Tech, I have had the opportunity to become CPR certified and also certified in blood-borne pathogens. I would recommend the program to anyone who is determined, responsible, and who would like to pursue a job in a health care field.'
